Surrounded by a wonderful historic park, the stay is all about art and beauty, nature and history. The atmosphere is light, the hospitality elegant yet simple, reflecting the everyday rhythm of life in the villa: centuries-old landscapes, ancient walls, sumptuous frescoes and the culture of water. The villa is still inhabited by the Counts Passi de Preposulo.

The guided tour of the Villa will take place even in case of rain. Access to the parks is guaranteed: suitable footwear for grassy areas, a raincoat/poncho, and an umbrella are recommended.

What includes: 1 or 2 nights in a double room or apartment (the Loft and Barchessa apartments are equipped with bathroom, kitchen and living area); Prosecco and a welcome fruit basket in the room Self-made breakfast: set in the room with coffee, tea, milk, juices, biscuits, and jams; Guided tour of the Villa during scheduled times; Self-guided visit of the noble garden with water circuit and family chapel, with the support of a map, information panels, and mobile app; Free access to the rustic park and hunting roccolo, with the support of a map, information panels, and mobile app.

What it doesn't include: Pets 20,00€ (not allowed in the Barchessa apartment); everything not listed under “What includes."

Cancellation conditions: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. 50% penalty of the total cost if cancelled within 7 days of arrival. The full amount will be retained in case of no-show.

Technical notes

Check-in 2:00–7:00 pm. Outdoor private car parking available. Guided tours of the Villa depart every 30 minutes on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Reservation is recommended. For guests of the Foresteria, the rustic park is open from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, while for the public it is open from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.

All rooms/apartments are located on the first floor and accessible only via stairs.
