Girolamo Forni, commissioner of Villa Forni Cerato, supplied Palladio with the wood for most of his Vicenza architecture. Not only an entrepreneur of the Vicenza Renaissance, but also a painter, art collector, member of the Accademia Olimpica, and friend of Palladio, Scamozzi, and Valmarana. A walk with Girolamo Forni in the 16th century.
