When the last visitor has left, you stay, among the twenty guests of the house. Two nights in one of the ten suites of the 1672 courtyard, with the waters at your disposal — the outdoor pool at 31 degrees, the one carved into the old cellar at 33, the sauna and the steam room — and breakfast with Laura's cakes, made with fruit from the walled garden.

Why choose this experience
On the 17th and 18th the villa opens to everyone for the Day of the Venetian Villas; in the evening the gate closes and twenty guests remain. You will have the courtyard when no one is there. The same stones, the same walled garden, without voices.
Enter the water, not just look at it. Guests staying at the villa have its waters at their disposal: the outdoor pool at 31 degrees, the one carved into the old cellar at 33, the sauna and the steam room. Beneath the walled garden runs the hottest hyperthermal spring ever found in the province of Verona, 52.9 degrees: its heat, stepped down, warms all of this.
Two nights, not one. It takes an evening to notice the silence and a morning to understand where the warmth of the water comes from. Ten suites, never more than twenty guests, adults only: the house is never full, and you feel it.
Price per person: Prezzo per stanza per notte: 208,00€
Price per group/family: La tariffa è per suite e per notte, per due persone. Minimo due notti. - The rate is per suite per night, for two people. Minimum two nights.
Facilitation: The rate is reserved for those booking directly through the villa's own website. Such a rate is not available through third-party booking sites.
What includes: Two nights in a suite for two; breakfast with Laura's cakes, served from 8:00 to 10:30; access to the pools, the sauna and the steam room; the honesty bar; free parking.
What it doesn't include: The Day of the Venetian Villas experiences, which are booked separately and have limited places; treatments and the thermal bath, which are arranged with the doctor and paid separately; meals beyond breakfast — the villa has no restaurant, and its table is the territory: Lazise, Bardolino, Valpolicella, Verona.
Cancellation conditions: Bookings may be cancelled up to seven days before the date of arrival.

Accessibility
The courtyard, the walled garden and the waters are at ground level, with no stairs. The ground is old paving and grass, passable with someone to help. Almost all the suites are reached by stairs: accessibility inside a Venetian Villa has natural structural limits.
